The first thing you'll need to do, is find a Warp Key. They are frequently dropped by just about anything. After doing so, head to a warp hut, as pictured below.

Depending on which town you're in, and which key you've used, you should appear in either of these rooms, which I've labeled just for you. Top image = lvl 1, next = lvl 2, last = lvl 4. Level 3 does NOT exist.

Level One Warps
1 - Binxonia
2 - Underleaf
3 - Level 2 Warps
4 - Plymouth Wharf

Level Two Warps
1 - Level One Warps
2 - Pangia
3 - Noradaar Fortress
4 - Nothing
5 - Crossroads
6 - Huntington

Level Four Warps
1 - Lome
2 - Thak Kaar
3 - Flagship Down
