Before you even bother getting started, you need at least 5000 Platinum to purchase a lot. If you already have your 5k in Platinum, the first thing you'll need to do is find an empty lot, like the one below. Click the OI Realty sign, and you should see this menu.  After selecting "yes", you'll get this wonderful message.  Now that you're officially a land owner, you'll want to get started on your house. To do so, click the OI Realty sign again.
